Unfortunately, due to technical issues, Coventry City’s Club Shop at the Coventry Building Society Arena can currently only take cash payments.
A technical issue was identified with our interim card payment system late on Friday and it has not been possible to resolve this.
Our permanent card payment system will be in place soon, however it is not possible for today’s game and until further notice it will be cash payments only in the Club Shop.
The Ticket Office remains cashless.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused to fans by this.
Dave Boddy, Coventry City Chief Executive, said:
“We have been able to get the Club Shop back open in difficult circumstances and quite quickly, but unfortunately late yesterday we experienced an unexpected issue with our interm card payment system in the Shop.
“Therefore, until further notice, we will only be able to take cash in the Club Shop – however we will remain open for fans.
“We are working to resolve this as soon as possible, once our permanent card payment system is up and running, and will inform fans when this is resolved.”
