All interview requests from media organisations (TV, radio, newspapers and websites) or associated journalists, or general media enquiries relating to Coventry City Football Club, can be directed to the Marketing & Communications Department via:

Matchday Accreditation

All matchday accreditation requests for Coventry City home matches must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to kick-off via the i-PBS system. If you are a bona fide media representative and want to find out more about the i-PBS system please contact Kelly Williams at Football DataCo at kwilliams@football-dataco.com.

For Emirates FA Cup games or other games not covered by DataCo, or queries regarding your accreditation at a Sky Blues game, please e-mail Alex.Lowe@ccfc.co.uk or Tom.Leach@ccfc.co.uk

Press passes are available from the Media Entrance in the Main Stand on matchdays from 12:30pm for a 3pm kick-off and 5:30pm for a 7:45pm kick-off.

Coventry City unfortunately cannot provide complimentary parking to media on matchdays. 

 

Pre and Post-Match Interviews

Regular pre-match media opportunities will take place at Coventry City, offering interviews with the management and selected players prior to matches. Full details of these pre-match press conferences will always be emailed out to the media ahead of the event.

Post-match interviews following games will take place in the Media Lounge at the Coventry Building Society Arena.

 

Interview Requests

Requests from media organisations and associated journalists to interview the Club's management, staff or players must always be received by the Club in writing. Coventry City players/staff must not be contacted directly for interview under any circumstances without authorisation from the Club's Communications Department.

Student Projects/Supporter Blog or Vlog/Other Interview Requests

Due to the vast number of requests we receive relating to student projects, supporter blogs/vlogs, independant/freelance photographers or unverified/unrecognised websites/publications (i.e. not media organisations or associated journalists) , it is unfortunately impossible for us to grant most requests we receive. 

 

Use of Images/Video

Images used on the Coventry City website and social media are either used by the Club under licence, or the Club's own imagery. Photos and video should not be used without permission from Coventry City or the licence holder. 

 

Use of the Club Crest

The Coventry City crest is trademarked for use by Coventry City Football Club. The crest cannot be used for commercial purposes without the express permission of Coventry City Football Club. Please click here for our brand protection information. 

 

Media Updates

To keep updated on all the latest goings-on at Coventry City, media personnel can be added to the Club's press distribution list. Emails are sent out notifying the media of player events, pre-match press conferences, breaking news etc.

Students/Work Placement Enquiries

Due to high demand we are unable to offer matchday access for students or work experience placements and for the same reason we are unable to accept interview requests from those groups.
