Coventry City are delighted to confirm that the Family Zone is set to return next month!
Following safety approval, the Sky Blues pre-match family activities will return for the Jimmy Hill Day fixture on Saturday 2nd October against Fulham.
Further details regarding the activities will be confirmed nearer the time.
As previously, the Family Zone will take place on weekend matchdays and will have a range of activities for young Sky Blues supporters and their families.
Coventry City Chief Executive Dave Boddy said:
“We’re delighted that we have had approval for the Family Zone to return pre-match.
“Unfortunately it wasn’t able to return immediately due to COVID protocols we have been required to follow, but we have been working hard to address this and do what was necessary to bring it back.
“While there will be some changes to how it operates initially, we are very pleased to welcome the Family Zone, its visitors and volunteers back to our matchdays!”
Pat Raybould, from the Family Zone, said:
“We are absolutely delighted to be able to return!
“We have been working closely in partnership with the Club for this to happen and it’s great that we have got the go-ahead.
“I know that young supporters and their families have been really keen to come back again, and the volunteers can’t wait to see you again.”
