The Sky Blues will travel to the Abbey Stadium to face United who finished 19th in League Two and also took Manchester United to an FA Cup replay in 2014/15.
The game takes place tonight at Abbey Stadium with kick-off at 7.45pm as the Sky Blues look to build on their draw against Luton Town.
The last time City took on The U's was back in January 1992, as they suffered a 1-0 defeat in an FA Cup Third Round replay.
