NEWS: FA Cup Semi-Final ticket details confirmed

The Sky Blues face Manchester United at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 21st April...

Details have been confirmed for Coventry City’s Emirates FA Cup Semi-Final against Manchester United.

The Sky Blues will face the Red Devils at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 21st April, with kick-off at 3:30pm.

Tickets for the game will go on Priority Sale from Thursday 28th March at Midday.

Tickets will be available from www.eticketing.co.uk/CCFC 

There will be no ticket sales in person to any supporters 

Coventry City fans will be located in the West End of Wembley Stadium – this is the same as in 1987, 2017, 2018 and 2023.

The Sky Blues have now been allocated 36,000 tickets for the game.

Ticketmaster will be distributing ALL Coventry City FC tickets direct, including those bought in person - all supporters will receive print at home tickets, sent via email. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN IMMEDIATELY - TICKETS WILL BE SENT CLOSER TO THE MATCH.

SALE DATES/KEY DATES:

Thursday 28th March – Midday
2023/24 Season Ticket Holders

Thursday 4th April – 10am
Supporters with 50+ points, who had an account created on or before 15th March 2024.

Thursday 11th April – 10am
Supporters with a previous purchase history, who had an account on or before 15th March 2024

QUANTITIES:

Supporters will be able to purchase 1 ticket per person.  

Supporters can purchase 1 ticket per supporter number, however fans are only allowed to book 12 tickets per transaction. Please ensure tickets are assigned to Supporter Numbers correctly in your Friends/Family network to make your transaction.

TICKET PRICES:

Premium Level Two Ticket: Adult - £120, Concession - £100

Level Two Ticket: Adult - £100, Concession - £80

Category 1: Adult - £80, Concession - £70

Category 2: Adult - £65, Concession - £55

Category 3: Adult - £45, Concession - £35

Category 4: Adult - £30, Concession - £20

Please note:
Concessions are: Under 18’s, 18-21, over 65’s, full time students with NUS*, current serving members of the armed forces*, disabled customers. Please confirm which concession is required if requesting a concessionary discount.

*Students and Forces concession will only show to customers who have already shown their NUS or Military Warrant ID to the Ticket Office and had this added to their account for previous ticket sales.

No Under 2s are allowed entry to Wembley Stadium.
All Children aged 2 or over must have a valid Match Ticket
All children (Under 14) must be accompanied by a responsible Adult

CCFC occupy the West End

Safe Standing Areas are situated in the 3 blocks behind the goals on Level 1. There is a strict minimum age requirement of 12 years old in this area.

All rows are numbered low to high i.e. Row 1 being closest to the pitch.

HOW TO BUY – GENERAL ADMISSION:

There are no in person sales to supporters for this game.

DISABLED SUPPORTERS:

Ambulant disabled supporters will be able to buy tickets online at www.eticketing.co.uk/CCFC  Ambulant disabled supporters are charged the Concession price, with free carer.

Disabled supporters requiring a wheelchair space or accessible seating are required to email ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk – please include your name, Supporter Number and contact telephone number. The Ticket Office will come back to you to arrange your ticket purchase.

There are no in person ticket sales for any disabled supporters.

Personal Assistant ticket for disabled supporters are free of charge, however, the booking and fulfilment fees are still applicable.

If you are not entitled to a concession price including disabled pricing and complimentary Personal Assistant ticket pricing, your tickets will be cancelled without notice and you will not be given the option to pay the correct value for the tickets booked.

Disabled supporters will be entitled to 1 ticket plus 1 for their carer, which they can only get as free if they assign it to their carer account. Carers are not entitled to an additional allocation.

Wheelchair disabled areas are located on each level of Wembley Stadium. Wheelchair Disabled supporters are charged the Category 4 price, with a carer going free.

Fans requiring step free access seats are advised to sit in Level 1, rows 30 and 31.

Guide Dogs are permitted in the stadium – Wembley has two dog relieving stations on the outer concourse, located between turnstiles L/K and M/J.

Visually impaired supporters can use a free of charge commentary headset or a mini induction loop, both of which are complimentary and can be collected from one of Wembley’s information booths on the internal concourse on the day.

The following Ticketmaster fees apply to all tickets bought via all purchase channels:

  • £2.50 per individual ticket service charge.
  • £1.25 per order fulfilment fee.

Supporters wishing to book car parking should visit www.wembleyofficialparking.com. Blue badge parking is £25, non-blue bade holders £40 per car and £120 per coach.

Supporters are subject to the Wembley Stadium Ground Regulations. Please read information here prior to purchase.

Wembley National Stadium Limited do not accept responsibility for unaccompanied minors (Under 14s) – as such all supporters this age must be accompanied by an adult.

Supporters can purchase 1 ticket per supporter number, however fans are only allowed to book 12 tickets per transaction. For tickets more than this, you will need to make multiple bookings.

Under the Criminal Justice and Public Order Bill, it is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice And Public Order Act 1994, for an unauthorised person to sell, or offer or expose for sale, a ticket for a designated football match in any public place to which the public has access or, in the course of a trade or business, in any other place.

Standing Area – Wembley Stadium has received approval for licensed standing areas as of the 2022-23 season. The standing area is located at the rear of the 3 blocks behind the goals on Level 1, at either end of the Stadium. Please purchase tickets in the Standing Area if you wish to stand, as standing is not permitted in any other area of the Stadium. Under 12s are not permitted in the Standing Area.

Booking Fees – There is a £2.50 per ticket booking fee for every ticket sold, and £1.25 per order fulfilment fee.

Postage – Tickets are not being posted – tickets will be sent via email. Please ensure that your email address is correct. 

Under 14 – All children aged Under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Babies – Children under the age of 2 are not permitted access in to the Stadium, including in hospitality areas. Children aged 2 years and over will be permitted entry with a valid match ticket.

Musical Instruments – Any supporters wishing to take musical instruments to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission. Please contact Jodie.Jones@ccfc.co.uk to request permission – please include your name, supporter number, contact details and a photo of the instrument.
Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them. Wembley Stadium have strict policies with regards to supporters bringing in musical instruments.

No instruments are permitted on Level 5 or within boxes. Ideally, the player of the instrument will be located in the middle of back rows of blocks 133 or 134.

Flags - Guests may bring a flag into the ground without permission from Wembley Stadium providing the following guidelines be followed:

  • The flag is smaller than 250cm in size at the widest or longest point (or smaller than 200cm x 100cm if you are seated on Level 5 of the stadium).
  • The flag does not have an attached flagpole.
  • In the case of an attached flagpole, it is made from wood or plastic only and is no longer than 1m in length and 1cm in diameter.
  • There is no advertising or commercial message on the flag.
  • The flag does not contain any abusive or defamatory language/messages.

Any supporters wishing to take flag(s) larger than 250cm (at is widest point) to Wembley Stadium must obtain prior permission. Please contact https://help.wembleystadium.com/support/tickets/new and complete the form to request permission. Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flag(s) larger than 250cm (or 200cm x 100cm on Level 5) without prior permission will not be permitted entry.

Official Coaches – Official Coach Travel is available from EST UK. Please only make your Coach Travel arrangements after you have purchased your match ticket. Coach travel is subject to availability and will be sold on a first come first served basis and booking a space on the coach does not guarantee you a match ticket nor does it include a ticket within the price. Click here for details

Travel – Wembley Stadium will shortly be issuing a full travel pack for Sky Blues supporters to travel to Wembley. This will be launched shortly on ccfc.co.uk and our social media channels.

Car Parking – Parking for supporters and supporter coaches can be purchased via www.wembleyofficialparking.com or by telephone 020 8903 6966. Car Parking is charged at £120 per coach and £40 per car if booked in advance. Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.

Blue Badge Parking at Wembley Stadium is available to purchase at a discounted cost of £25 per space. Subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day.

No resale of Tickets – It is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, for any unauthorised person to sell tickets.
