Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has backed his side to come through the tough run of form ahead of tomorrow night's game against Oldham Athletic.
The Sky Blues suffered their fifth defeat in six games at the weekend against league-leaders Bristol City as Steve Cotterill's side claimed a 3-1 victory.
City travel to the SportsDirect.com Park tomorrow night to face Oldham Athletic as they look to win their first away league game of the season.
The City boss wants his team to stop conceding 'bread and butter' goals and has backed the club to come through this difficult period.
Pressley said: "If we're going to be a successful team, we can't lose the bread and butter goals. You look over the course of the season, Ryan Allsop hasn't actually had to make that many saves.
"Ryan has only really had to make two or three saves during most games but the goals we're conceding are the bread and butter. Going towards the break at half-time, we were still in the game at 1-0 but then we concede a goal like that, it's not good enough.
"If we look at the Crawley game, we worked so hard to go 2-0 up but then conceded two goals from two long balls and it wasn't good enough.
"Every person in the club needs take responsibility and ask whether they can do better. We need to make sure we rectify those mistakes and we also have to create more as well, I'm not getting away from that.
"The football club needs to come through tough periods together and ultimately, become successful together."
Oldham are unbeaten in 11 games having claimed an impressive point at newly-promoted Chesterfield at the weekend.
The City boss has praised the Latics boss Lee Johnson but has also said City could be back in the hunt with a win.
He added: "Oldham are going very well at the moment with them unbeaten in 11 games and Lee Johnson, who I know very well, has done a smashing job there.
"He is a young manager who I think is doing particularly well right now. His team plays with a very good style and it will definitely be a challenge.
"The interesting thing about this league is that they're unbeaten in 11 games and we're on a really poor run at the moment but if we win, we go just three points behind them.
"It shows how compact this league is and shows that if we can go on a run and win games, then we can go on the hunt but we've got to start winning those games."
