Staff at Coventry City are posting out supporters' Season Ticket booklets starting this week.
All Season Tickets will be posted out by the club and will not be available to collect from the CCFC Superstore. If supporters already have a paper ticket for the Preston game, they will still need to use this for that match ahead of using the Season Ticket booklet for the rest of the campaign.
Marketing manager Mark Hornby said the arrival of the booklets will mean a smoother process for all supporters.
"The booklets and wallets have arrived so we will post them out to Season Ticket holders starting this week," Mark said.
"The staff have been working extremely hard over recent weeks and part of that was the physical process of getting match tickets out to Season Ticket holders, as well as handling a huge number of other enquiries.
"But now the booklets and wallets can go out, it will free up staff to take care of other ticketing matters and, as a result, we're getting back to normality.
"It will mean a much smoother process for everyone as we all gear up for three home games in the space of a few days, starting with Preston on September 27."
