The Sky Blues left-back spoke exclusively to PUSB about his experiences with City so far...
“When I did come through initially I was young and I will admit it was intimidating to train with the first-team," Haynes revealed.
"They do make you feel welcome but there are absolutely no prisoners. I’d say its reflecting on me now, I never used to be this confident.
“If you look from Brentford -my debut - to the Gillingham game, it has been a huge journey."
The award-winning programme features more of Haynes' thoughts, alongside our manager's column and captain's column with Jim O'Brien.
