What are the ticket prices against Fleetwood?
We have a great Christmas offer for the game against Fleetwood, with adults £10, concessions £5, juniors £1 and JSB under 12s free! These are the same prices as for our game against Gillingham, so bring your friends, bring you family and support your Sky Blues!
I want to buy a match ticket on the day of the game. Where can I go to?
We advise fans buying tickets on the day of the game to visit the Matchday Ticket Office at the Ricoh Arena. This will be open from 9:30am right up until kick off. This is cash only, but there is a cashpoint inside the main atrium at the stadium.
You can also buy on the cash turnstiles in the East Stand from 1:30pm when they open. Cash Turnstiles 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, & 33 will be open (If you are a Fleetwood fan, then you can use turnstile 5)
If possible, we would ask fans not to buy from the Gallagher Retail Park on the day of the game if possible and for them to buy from the Ricoh Arena instead.
Where will the cash turnstiles be on Saturday?
Cash Turnstiles 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, & 33 will be in operation for the game against Fleetwood. If demand dictates, then we will look to open up more cash turnstiles. These turnstiles will be open from 1:30pm, so there is plenty of time for you to arrive early and make sure you are in the ground ahead of kick-off.
Which stands/lounges are open against Fleetwood?
The East, West and North stands are all open for Sky Blues fans for the game on Saturday. The South stand is open for Fleetwood supporters. Due to clashes with events already planned in before our return to the Ricoh Arena, our usual hospitality lounges and boxes are unfortunately unavailable. Seasonal Hospitality guests have been contacted regarding alternative arrangements. If you have any queries regarding this on the day, our hospitality team will be available in the main atrium.
Is there going to be a Family Zone?
Yes, the Family Zone will be open again for young Sky Blues fans and their families with lots of Christmas activites!
If you haven’t been before, the Family Zone is in the concourse between the North and West Stands. Sky Blue Sam and members of the squad will be visiting from 1:30pm. We are on the 2nd tapestry so make sure you get your square up on the wall! We are making Christmas cards and calendars too! There will be lots of free arts & crafts for you to try- some old, some new… so make sure you give them a go! All the activities will be wrapping up at around 2:30pm ahead of kick-off.
Do you have anything else going on?
Yes! We have collectors from Coventry and Nuneaton branches of the Round Table at the game outside the stadium, along with Santa and his sleigh!
We also have live music in the stadium bowl at 1:45pm and more entertainment in the Family Zone from 1:30pm, including more festive tunes.
Also in the Family Zone will be volunteers providing information about the Sky Blues in the Community ‘INFORM’ men’s health and sport sessions for males aged over 18.
We will also have children parading the pitch pre-match and at half-time who are at the game as part of our group tickets offers.
Also at half-time, Sky Blues in the Community pick up a couple of cheques and make some presentations of their own to participants in their courses around Coventry and Warwickshire. Plus, Sky Blue Sam will be there and Father Christmas parading the pitch at half time, and giving out some CCFC goodies.
There is all this- and we are encouraging Sky Blues fans to wear their Christmas Jumpers and bring a bit more festive atmosphere for Steven Pressley and the team!
What are the new concourse kiosk options available?
Supporters will now be able to purchase a much wider variety of food and drink from four concept themes around the Arena.
The new variety of food includes:
- Butchers Block, which will serve pulled pork and pulled beef rolls
- Grill Shed, which includes steak sandwiches, steak burgers, chicken burgers
- Fish and Chips Kiosk
- Pizza Shop, which makes homemade freshly cooked to order pizza's starting from £6.50
Eight draft bars are also being introduced which will serve Carlsberg, Tetleys and Guinness.
I have tickets to collect for the game to collect. Where do I need to go?
You will be able to collect your ticket from the Matchday Ticket Office at the stadium on the day of the game. This is located at the old CCFC Superstore near to the Jimmy Hill statue. Please bring with you proof of ID and proof of purchase if possible.
Hospitality ticket collections will be from the VIP Collection window on the right hand side of the atrium.
I want a specific seat for the game- should I buy in advance or on the day?
If you really want to sit in a particular seat, you are best to buy in advance as we cannot sell you a specific seat on the day of the game.
I already have a Season Ticket. Do I need to bring the whole booklet with me or can you tell me the voucher number in advance?
You need to bring the whole Season Ticket booklet with you to the match as this includes your seat details in it. We don’t announce the ticket number in advance of a match, but you will be able to see the ticket number above each of the turnstiles as they enter the stadium.
Season ticket holders will be charged for a ticket if they forget their season ticket; this is a refundable charge if they produce their season ticket book at the Superstore within seven days with the relevant match voucher still attached.
I have bought a Half Season Ticket- does that include this game?
Half Seasons tickets begin at the Chesterfield game on 28th December.
I want to buy a Half Season Ticket/6 Match Package on the day of the game. Where do I go to?
You can go to the CCFC Superstore at the Gallagher Retail Park to do this. However, we do recommend buying these before the day of the game. Please note Half Season Tickets do not include the Fleetwood game.
Can I use Six Match Package vouchers on the turnstiles?
Yes, you can use your Match Packages vouchers for entrance at the turnstiles or you can redeem them from the matchday ticket office at the Arena. This can be done at cash turnstiles only- numbers 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, & 33.
Am I allowed to drink in the stands?
In line with Football League regulations at all other grounds and our ground regulations, it is illegal to drink alcohol in the stands or anywhere in view of the pitch. Anyone found drinking in the stands will be asked to stop and if they do not comply with this request will be asked to leave the stadium. You are also not allowed to smoke in the stands. We thank fans in advance for their co-operation.
Can I bring my own alcohol into the stadium?
Only alcohol purchased from kiosks at the Ricoh Arena can be consumed within the stadium concourse- and then only on the concourse itself (i.e. not in the stands). Similarly, only alcohol purchased in lounges/boxes can be drunk in those lounges/boxes.
Where can I park for the game?
All Car Parks are available- and car parking is only £5 on Saturday! On the day, you can pay ‘on the gate’ at Car Parks A, B or C. If you have any queries about car parking, please e-mail karl.chester@ricoharena.com. Car parking is not available to buy from CCFC.
What are the public transport options for Saturday?
Service 101 will be operating to and from the match, with buses departing from Pool Meadow Bus Station (CV1 5AD). Buses return straight back from the stadium after the game.
Matchdaysaver tickets can be purchased up to 4 hours prior to the game and can be used on all National Express services in Coventry.
Fares will be £5 for an Adult Coventry Matchdaysaver, £3.50 for a Child Coventry Matchdaysaver.
National Express Coventry or National Express West Midlands travelcard holders can travel for a £2 return supplement. nBus, nNetwork, Plusbus, daysavers and concessionary passes will not be accepted. Will the club’s retail be on-site on Saturday?
Yes, we will have retail stock available in the Family Zone from 1:30pm up until kick-off on Saturday.
Products available will include CCFC hats, scarves and other items which are new in stock.

Is the programme available on Saturday?
Yes, our matchday programme PUSB will be available from around the Ricoh Arena on Saturday for £3. As well as being packed with loads of content about the Sky Blues and our opposition Fleetwood, featuring an interview with Gary Madine where he reveals he is now fully focused on improving himself with the Sky Blues.
I want to go to the Casino before the game- shall I wait until after I’m done there to get my tickets?
If you are going to the casino before the match, we recommend that you buy or collect your tickets from the matchday ticket office before going into the casino. The matchday ticket office is at the old Superstore collection window, so is right next to the casino. By doing this beforehand, it means it will be quicker for you to get through the turnstiles after getting that last quick drink before the match!
Generally, we do advise fans to get the stadium early to help with entrance. Remember; the later you leave it, then the greater the risk of missing kick off – however hard we try to get you in on time! With that in mind, don’t forget that you can use any of the turnstiles around the stadium to get in- not just the ones near to where you are sitting.
