Adi Viveash joined the Sky Blues as Assistant Manager towards the end of August 2017.

Viveash left his role as Chelsea Development Squad Manager in the Summer, following a hugely successful nine year spell at the club. He coached the Blues’ Under-18s to three consecutive FA Youth Cup finals, before taking over the development squad.

Adi also managed the side in the UEFA Youth League, which Chelsea won in 2015 and 2016.

This followed a playing career which included spells at Swindon, Reading and Walsall, where he played alongside Sky Blues boss Mark Robins.

During his time at the Sky Blues, Viveash has been part of a coaching team that has guided the team to victory in the League Two Play-Off Final in 2018 and the League One title in 2020, as well as the Championship Play-Off Final in 2023.
