Bigirimana signed his first professional Sky Blues contract in the summer of 2011, making his debut on the 8th August, in a 1-0 defeat against Leicester City.

'Bigi' was on target for the Sky Blues at Wembley in the Checkatrade Trophy Final, scoring the opening goal in the victory against Oxford United.
