The right back started his career at hometown club Aberdeen, making his debut at 16 in April 2010 to become the Dons’ youngest ever player.
He moved to then Premier League Side Fulham in 2012, where he had a loan spell at Port Vale followed by three loan periods at Shrewsbury, and left Craven Cottage this Summer.
Grimmer has also received Scottish international recognition from Under 15 level up to Under 21s.
Following his departure from Fulham, Jack agreed to join the Sky Blues on two year-deal.
In his debut season for the Sky Blues, Grimmer made more appearances than any other City player, as his performances earnt him a spot in the PFA League Two Team of the Year.
Jack also scored the third goal in the 3-1 win over Exeter City in the League Two Play-Off Final at Wembley.
