Alongside twin brother Dion, Devon has come through the Coventry City Academy to represent the club at every level.
The 20-year made his professional debut as a substitute in August 2015, replacing Ben Stevenson in the EFL Cup defeat to Norwich City.
After an impressive start to the 2016/17 campaign for the Under-23s, Kelly-Evans spent the final part of the season on loan at local side Nuneaton Town.
