The midfielder joined the Sky Blues following the expiry of his scholarship with Birmingham City.
The youngsters spent his years climbing through the academy at Birmingham, before departing in the summer of 2020, agreeing a move with the Sky Blues.
In his first year with the Sky Blues, Finnegan was based with the Under-23s, as well as featuring for the Under-18s at times.
