Haji Wright helped the USA to win their third consecutive Concacaf Nations League, after they beat Mexico 2-0 in the final.

Haji Wright:

Following his late call-up to the USA side, Haji Wright’s inclusion proved to be crucial in the American’s capturing a third consecutive Concacaf Nations League.

With the score level at 1-1 against Jamaica in the semi-final heading into extra-time, Haji Wright struck twice to send USA into the final against Mexico.

The striker then started that final, having been introduced midway through the second half in the previous round.

Goals from Tyler Adams and Gio Reyna secured the win for USA in the final, with Haji being withdrawn moments after the second goal went in.

 

Joel Latibeaudiere and Kasey Palmer:

The duo started both games for Jamaica in their Concacaf Nations League quest, which saw them finish third overall in the competition.

Jamaica fell short to Wright’s USA in the semi-final, which set-up a third-place play-off against Panama.

Dexter Lembikisa scored the game’s only goal as Jamaica wrapped up a memorable campaign, with Joel playing both games without being withdrawn and Kasey Palmer coming off in the 74th minute against USA and 81st minute against Panama.

 

Jay Dasilva:

It was a dissapointing end for Wales and Jay Dasilva, as they lost 5-4 on penalties to Poland, ending their hopes of qualification to EURO 2024.

Dasilva was an unused substitute in both fixtures against Finland and Poland, as Wales exited the competition in the qualification stages.

 

Kai Andrews:

Kai Andrews featured in both Wales Under-19 fixtures against Belgium in their international friendlies.

The first fixture, Kai started the game, before being replaced in the 76th minute, as Wales lost 1-0.

The second game, Andrews was introduced in the 59th minute, with Wales getting reversing the result in the previous fixture, beating Belgium 1-0.

 

Luis Lines:

Luis Lines has helped Wales Under-17s qualify for UEFA European Under-17 Championship.

Lines started all three games against Romania, Sweden and Bulgaria in Group B2.

Wales beat Romania 2-1, before suffering defeat to Sweden in the next fixture and then beating Bulgaria 2-1 in the final fixture to confirm qualification as one of the highest ranked second placed sides.
