Coventry City Football Club reminds all its supporters that under the ground regulations, anyone entering the field of play without authority commits a criminal act for which they can be arrested and prosecuted.
In addition, the Football Club, which faces sanctions from The FA for such fan behaviour, will issue further sanctions on that individual. This may include significant stadium bans, which can run to a number of games, years or be indefinite. The Club’s Banning and Sanction Policy can be seen here.
While we understand that football is exciting and emotional, at all times it is imperative that supporters do not enter the field of play under any circumstance.
