Sky Blues defender, Riccardo Di Trolio joined Welling United on the weekend and was handed his first start moments after completing his move.
Di Trolio links up with the National League South side on loan until the end of the season.
The defender was handed his debut against Braintree Town, as he completed the full 90 minutes in a 2-2 draw, which leaves Welling 20th, one place above the drop.
In League One, Ephron Mason-Clark got the scoring underway for Peterborough United, in their 2-1 win over Exeter City.
It took 4 minutes for Mason-Clark to score his 17th goal of the season and his second in as many games, as Posh remain inside the play-off places.
Over in Romania, Marco Rus was introduced in the 59th minute for FC Universitatea Cluj in their 1-0 win against FC Botoșani.
Rus helped his loan side pick up three points, as they remain 6th in the SuperLiga.
Elsewhere, Justin Obikwu was unavailable for selection for Grimsby Town, due to linking up with Trinidad & Tobago and featuring for the national side in international friendlies against Jamaica.
