The Sky Blues make the trip to Hillsborough this weekend, as they face Sheffield Wednesday in Championship action.
Meet Sheffield Wednesday...
One of the form teams in the division, Sheffield Wednesday come into the game off the back of six wins in their last ten games in all competitions, as they look to fight against the drop.
Danny Röhl's arrival has seen a remarkable turnaround in results, with the Owls climbing off the bottom of the Championship, to now being within four points of safety.
That gap has been cut by eight points in the last nine games, with Sheffield Wednesday now breathing down the necks of Huddersfield Town.
This fixture will be the second of three meetings between the two sides in the space of four weeks, with City winning the previous fixture 2-0 on Boxing Day last month.
“They are in good form and you’re talking about them picking up 1.6 points a game roughly around that.
“We know they’re going to be a really good opponent and difficult to play against. We know what's coming and we know what to expect and we are ready for that.
“They have changed since Danny's come in. He's changed and they are working really hard and they are going after the games and being successful a lot of the time.
“They had a brilliant win in the Cup against Cardiff the week before and really Southampton could do that to anybody.
“I think they've got the top players and they're on a brilliant run themselves, so there'll be saying that to their players.
“We'll travel up there but we're in good form and we're in good spirit and we want to keep this good form up.”
“We know it will be a hard match on Saturday against a difficult opponent.
“Coventry are on a good run and are strong. They are doing well, they are aggressive and have good solutions with the ball.
“We have to learn from the first game and do some things a little different but for us, it is about bringing our intensity to the pitch and if we do this we will have a good game.
“But at first we have to invest in our basics.”
