Fans are advised that there will NOT be a post-match closure of the A444/Jimmy Hill Way at this game.

Sky Blues fans will be able to pay on the day at the Arena at Cash Turnstiles, or from the Matchday Ticket Office (This is in the South-East corner of the Arena)

Turnstiles open at 11am - the advised turnstile for entry is shown on your ticket, but you can use any other turnstiles if you wish to avoid any queues.

Most turnstiles close at 12:30pm (kick-off time) but late turnstiles, which remain open until half-time, are numbers 18 (East Stand) and 45 (West/North Stand).

Hospitality doors open at 10:30am.

You are also advised to have your Season Card or Match Ticket ready to be scanned as you approach the turnstile - this speeds up entry for all supporters.

Due to the current national terror threat level, there will also be searches on entry. We may also ask to search your bag. We’ll be as quick as we can when undertaking our searches, but please allow some extra time for this to take place and co-operate with our security staff.

Where appropriate/neccessary, staff may use a searching wand for this to take place safely.

Where it is necessary to search an Under 18, a member of the Coventry City safeguarding team will be present.

Car Parks A and C are sold out. Parking is on sale for Arena Park - to book now, click here.

At the end of a week when plans for their statue were announced, Coventry City's FA Cup winning management duo George Curtis and John Sillett adorn the front cover of this week's programme. Inside, there is information about the statue campaign and how you can support - while you can also donate online here.

Inside we hear from Manager Mark Robins about the statue appeal, recent results and Saturday's cup tie.

There's also a profile of Oxford United, their manager and their squad ahead of the Third Round encounter.

As we play our first home game of the calendar year, we also take the chance to look back on your memories of 2023 that the Sky Blue Army shared with us on social media.

There's also a look back at our last home game against Swansea City, plus the memorable New Year's Day away win at Middlesbrough.

BUY YOUR PROGRAMME:

Fans can buy this week's 36-page edition of PUSB for £2.50 from cashless food and drink kiosks around the ground, as well as from the Club Shop too plus the new East Stand concourse retail kiosk - all vastly increasing the purchasing options for supporters.

The programme will be available at the following kiosks: 1 (West Stand), 3, 4, 5 (North Stand), 10, 11, 12 (East Stand) and 15 (Singers Corner). Fans will also be able to purchase outside the ground too (cash only) - please note that JSB programme vouchers apply only for league games.

Coventry City’s Family Zone activities take place ahead of Saturday’s Emirates FA Cup fixture against Oxford United.

The Family Zone activities will be taking place from 10:30am until 11:45am on Saturday 6th January for our Third Round tie.

The Family Zone is held under the new covers on the paved area outside the North-East corner. This means you must visit the Family Zone before you go through the turnstiles - you will not be able to go back out to the activities once you are in the Arena. This is just around the corner from the fan village area outside the East Stand - which has food, drink and music for fans too.

In the Family Zone, we will have a range of fun, free arts and crafts on Saturday for our young Sky Blues supporters to take part in before the fixture against Oxford United.

The tuck shop is back - cash only – and there are also a range of table games to take part in too.

We have got even more of the free programmes from the past for you to grab for FREE as well – but as usual, they are expected to be grabbed quickly so make sure you beat the rush!

Sky Blue Sam's Post Box is back - giving young fans the opportunity to write to our mascot or their favourite City player.

Everyone’s favourite mascot Sam will be in attendance too, so make sure you get your high fives and photos with him pre-match. He will also be in the Zone handing out first time fan certificates as well!

Fans can again register their attendance at the Family Zone this season and will be able to get rewards for coming to the Family Zone regularly - there is free pop and crisps for the first 100 youngsters to sign in this Saturday, with this being sponsored by Martin Coleman @mckitframes.

So make sure you visit the Family Zone before you head into the Arena on Saturday against Oxford United from 10:30am to 11:45am and join in the fun pre-match – we look forward to seeing you then!

The Coventry Building Society Arena is an all-seater stadium.

Following communication from authorities regarding this, Coventry City and the Arena have been asked to remind Sky Blues supporters that persistent standing is not allowed at the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Persistently standing for the whole match or for long periods is against ground regulations and may affect the enjoyment of the game for other supporters, whose view may be affected, as well as your safety and the safety of others.

The Coventry Building Society Arena is a licensed premise.

It’s illegal for under-18s to buy alcohol anywhere in the UK.

Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003, it is illegal in England and Wales:

  • To sell alcohol to someone under the age of 18 anywhere.

There will NOT be a road closure of the A444/Jimmy Hill Way after the game on Boxing Day.

However, Coventry City and the Coventry Building Society Arena are still reiterating advice to supporters to take greater care when crossing the A444 Jimmy Hill Way following home games.

We appreciate that the volume of supporters crossing in this area has increased and fans should use one of the safe crossing points for the road:

  • Using the light controlled crossing near the roundabout for A444/Winding House Lane
  • Using the footbridge (overpass) over the A444, which goes to Car Park C or the other side of the A444
  • Using the underpass at the other end of Car Park B/C, and then walking back towards Winding House Lane/Hen Lane along the pedestrian footpath

While stewards are in place to manage the exit of supporters and will continue to urge supporters not to take risks when crossing the road, we urge supporters to adhere to our advice and put safety first when leaving matches – this includes not walking on roads and not moving/going over barriers, which are in place for supporter safety.

Please note that this guide is subject to change and will be updated accordingly.
