New Pony retro shirts and training wear have been added to Coventry City's Retro Range!
Added to the range are the 1994-96 Home shirt and the 1995/96 purple away shirt, plus a number of training wear items - modelled here by former 90s Sky Blues Dave Busst and John Williams.
The new items are available from today in the CCFC Superstore and online at www.ccfcstore.com
The Sky Blue home shirt was worn from 1994 to 1996, under the management of Phil Neal and then Ron Atkinson, with stars legendary such as Dion Dublin, Peter Ndlovu and Noel Whelan sporting the top.
That period included the famous last day escape from relegation in May 1996 after a draw with Leeds United (and results elsewhere) plus the thrashing of champions Blackburn Rovers on a snow-laden Highfield Road pitch.
The purple away shirt was worn for the 1995/96 season. The shirt was hugely popular with fans and famously was worn when Dion Dublin netted a hat-trick at Sheffield Wednesday but was still on the losing side in 1995. A new style version of the shirt was created for last season's home shirt.
The Pony trainingwear is also available too, with a range of tops and tracksuits in the classic style of the era.
