Coventry City’s 1987/88 home and away shirts are now on sale as part of the Club’s Retro Range!
The iconic home and away shirts are now available at www.ccfcstore.com and the CCFC Superstore at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
Sky Blues legends Dave Bennett and Trevor Peake, stars of the era, were on hand to model the fantastic new kits at the Sky Blue Tavern.
Both the Sky Blue home and Yellow away hummel shirts were worn throughout the campaign as City finished the season 10th in the old First Division.
The away shirt was also worn as City made their second appearance at Wembly of the year in the season’s curtain raiser – the Charity Shield, when as FA Cup holders they narrowly lost to league champions Everton.
Both in a classic style, the shirts proved extremely popular with supporters – and you can now get your hands on them again as part of the Retro Range.
Fans are urged to buy their shirt as soon as possible, with demand expected to be high!
