Turnstiles open at 1:30pm. The advised turnstile for entry is shown on your ticket, but you can use any other turnstiles if you wish to avoid any queues - except for in the South Stand, which is not connected to the other Stands.

We will be continuing to trial the improved queue barrier systems, to help deal with ingress density/flow during our busy period prior to kick off. We will be advising fans on the ground with effective stewarding/loud halers. This has proved effective so far and we thank fans for their co-operation.

Most turnstiles close at 3pm (kick-off time) but late turnstiles, which remain open until half-time, are numbers 18 (East Stand) and 45 (West/North Stand).

Fans are advised to arrive early, with a crowd of 30,000 expected.

You are also advised to have your Season Card or Match Ticket ready to be scanned as you approach the turnstile - this speeds up entry for all supporters.

Due to the current national terror threat level, there will also be searches on entry. We may also ask to search your bag. We’ll be as quick as we can when undertaking our searches, but please allow some extra time for this to take place and co-operate with our security staff.

Where appropriate/neccessary, staff may use a searching wand for this to take place safely.

Where it is necessary to search an Under 18, a member of the Coventry City safeguarding team will be present.

Car Parks A and C are sold out. Parking is available for Arena Park - to book now, click here.

The Arena now operates an ANPR system.

In all car parks, please follow the instructions of the car park stewards - vehicle movement is restricted 1 hour before kick-off, with all on-site roads closed at least 1 hour before kick-off. Vehicles movement is restricted post-match - with vehicles parked on-site held to allow for safe exit of pedestrians and away coaches.

For queries regarding on-site car parking, including disabled parking, please contact cbsarena@apcoa.com

Please note that the road at the rear of the East Stand is now closed on matchdays. Where you have booked in Car Park B, please follow the directions below:

The Sky Blue Tavern is located at Hertford Place, near Junction 7 of Coventry Ring Road. The Tavern has a Sky Blues theme, with historic images and memorabilia throughout the two-story building, and is the place to go for Sky Blues supporters. This season there is a new Indian Menu too! Audio commentary of the game is available on iFollow in the UK and overseas.

The Coventry Building Society Arena is an all-seater stadium.

Following communication from authorities regarding this, Coventry City and the Arena have been asked to remind Sky Blues supporters that persistent standing is not allowed at the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Persistently standing for the whole match or for long periods is against ground regulations and may affect the enjoyment of the game for other supporters, whose view may be affected, as well as your safety and the safety of others.

The Coventry Building Society Arena is a licensed premise.

It’s illegal for under-18s to buy alcohol anywhere in the UK.

Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003, it is illegal in England and Wales:

  • To sell alcohol to someone under the age of 18 anywhere.
  • For someone under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol.
  • For an adult to buy or attempt to buy alcohol on behalf of someone under the age of 18.

The Coventry Building Society Arena operates a 'Challenge 25' policy.

There will be a road closure of the A444/Jimmy Hill Way after the game.

The A444 Jimmy Hill Way will be closed for a period post-match to enable safe exit of supporters after the match.

A crowd of around 30,000 is expected at the match.

The road closure will be installed ahead of the final whistle (circa 4:30pm) to ensure the safe egress of pedestrian traffic from the Coventry Building Society Arena – there will be no impact on pre-match travel.

This post-match closure is installed for the safety of all and once it is deemed safe to do so, the closure will be lifted.

Vehicles in Car Park C will not be held back but will only be allowed to exit right towards Coventry City Centre and should then follow the diversion route put in place if heading towards the M6.

Once the closure is lifted, Car Parks A and D will be released first to ensure minimal disruption.

The closure is in place from A444 Holbrook Way to the M6 Junction 3, with exit only allowed from Car Park C and Arena Shopping Park Southbound towards Coventry City Centre.

Supporters leaving the Arena are still urged to use the correct crossing areas, however there will not be traffic on the road while the road closure is in place.

Road closures have been successfully in place for a number of concerts at the Arena, plus our home game against Birmingham City earlier this season, and the Arena will work to ensure that this one is also successful and safe.

A short service of remembrance will also be held in the memorial garden at the Arena at 1:30pm on Saturday, led by Club Chaplain Kieran Joseph.

The Sky Blues will welcome Coventry City Women and Girls FC to the Coventry Building Society Arena on Saturday for the game against Leeds United.

Players from our grassroots partner club will be enjoying the Sky Bet Championship match at the Arena, and they will also be forming the guard of honour pre-match and parading the pitch at half-time.

Girls from the Club will also be shaking the giant crest flag at the interval too, as well as being the ball collectors for the fixture as well.

Players, parents and volunteers from CCWGC will also be holding a bucket collection pre-match to raise funds for the Club too, so fans are encouraged to bring cash with them to support.
