Any pre-purchased ticket collections and queries for Sky Blues fans can be made at the Matchday Ticket Office.

For any collections, please ensure that you have ID or purchase confirmation.

The Superstore will be open from 9:30am until kick-off - due to it being a midweek match, it will not be open post-match for this game.

The Superstore is still cashless and is located in the South-West corner of the Arena.

Home, Away, Third and Goalkeeper kits are available in the Superstore as well as Trainingwear and Travelwear - plus a range of new items including mugs, footballs, books... and more, including our latest retro items!

Elsewhere, the new retail kiosk is also open in the middle of the East Stand as well!

Turnstiles open at 6:30pm. The advised turnstile for entry is shown on your ticket, but you can use any other turnstiles if you wish to avoid any queues - except for in the South Stand, which is not connected to the other Stands.

We will be continuing to trial the improved queue barrier systems, to help deal with ingress density/flow during our busy period prior to kick off. We will be advising fans on the ground with effective stewarding/loud halers. This has proved effective so far and we thank fans for their co-operation.

Most turnstiles close at 7:45pm (kick-off time) but late turnstiles, which remain open until half-time, are numbers 18 (East Stand) and 45 (West/North Stand).

Fans are advised to arrive early, with a crowd of 24,500 expected.

You are also advised to have your Season Card or Match Ticket ready to be scanned as you approach the turnstile - this speeds up entry for all supporters.

Due to the current national terror threat level, there will also be searches on entry. We may also ask to search your bag. We’ll be as quick as we can when undertaking our searches, but please allow some extra time for this to take place and co-operate with our security staff.

Where appropriate/neccessary, staff may use a searching wand for this to take place safely.

Where it is necessary to search an Under 18, a member of the Coventry City safeguarding team will be present.

Car Parks A and C are sold out. Parking is available for Arena Park - to book now, click here.

The Arena now operates an ANPR system.

In all car parks, please follow the instructions of the car park stewards - vehicle movement is restricted 1 hour before kick-off, with all on-site roads closed at least 1 hour before kick-off. Vehicles movement is restricted post-match - with vehicles parked on-site held to allow for safe exit of pedestrians and away coaches.

For queries regarding on-site car parking, including disabled parking, please contact cbsarena@apcoa.com

Persistently standing for the whole match or for long periods is against ground regulations and may affect the enjoyment of the game for other supporters, whose view may be affected, as well as your safety and the safety of others.

The Coventry Building Society Arena is a licensed premise.

There will NOT be a road closure of the A444/Jimmy Hill Way after the game.

However, Coventry City and the Coventry Building Society Arena are still reiterating advice to supporters to take greater care when crossing the A444 Jimmy Hill Way following home games.

We appreciate that the volume of supporters crossing in this area has increased and fans should use one of the safe crossing points for the road:

  • Using the light controlled crossing near the roundabout for A444/Winding House Lane
  • Using the footbridge (overpass) over the A444, which goes to Car Park C or the other side of the A444
  • Using the underpass at the other end of Car Park B/C, and then walking back towards Winding House Lane/Hen Lane along the pedestrian footpath

While stewards are in place to manage the exit of supporters and will continue to urge supporters not to take risks when crossing the road, we urge supporters to adhere to our advice and put safety first when leaving matches – this includes not walking on roads and not moving/going over barriers, which are in place for supporter safety.

E-Tickets can be used on phones or printed off – please see guidance for using them below:

Tickets on phones: Open the PDF containing your ticket, enlarge the barcode and ensure brightness on your screen is turned all the way up - then put your phone into the reader.

Printed tickets: Enter your printed ticket folded into the read – to help speed up entry, fold your ticket ahead of getting to the turnstile.

Sky Blues supporters will be able to bring their flags from Sunday's Semi-Final to Wednesday's game against Hull City if they wish to do so.

The Sky Blues squad appreciate the support of fans who arrive early to greet them at the players entrance of the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Barriers are in place to ensure that players are able to enter the Arena in a safe and timely manner, while giving fans the opportunity to see the players.

Due the matchday schedule of players and pre-match preparation, we cannot guarantee that players are able to stop for photos or autographs - we appreciate your understanding and co-operation.
