Jay Dasilva gave his assessment, as City saw three points snatched away at the death against Huddersfield Town.
City had taken the lead through a Yasin Ayari goal, but Michal Helik scored with the last kick of the game to secure a point for the Terriers.
Speaking after the final whistle, Dasilva is confident things will click and results will start coming soon.
Disappointed with the draw…
“We know it’s still early but we’d still like to win some more games, especially seeing the games back and knowing we should have taken more from them, that’s the main thing.”
The first half performance…
“It felt comfortable throughout the whole game, its just seeing the game out that’s all it is now that we need to do.”
Ellis Simms’ performance…
“He was really good today. He put his body about and worked really hard and was unlucky with his shot, but we got the goal.
“He might be disappointed that he didn’t score but at least it led to the goal.”
Yasin’s first goal…
“Yasin said it was around his waist. He’s happy and he’s been good and bright and I’m happy for him to get his first goal.
“We know how technically good he is and I’m sure he will take it.”
Not getting the second goal…
“Definitely. It’s a big thing getting that second goal because a 1-0 lead is always dangerous, and that second goal would have helped.
“Ultimately, we have to stay switched on till the last kick of the game and unfortunately, we slipped up and paid the price.
“We had to stay on top of our game credit to them they have it their all but it’s disappointing to take.”
Things coming together…
“I think it will all click really soon I’m fully confident it will happen, we just have to stay positive keep concentrated and work hard and it will all come together soon.”
How he has settled in…
“I’m finding it well.
“I’m really happy being here and I feel I’ve settled in really well and I’m really enjoying just need some more wins and I’ll enjoy it more.”
