Turnstiles open at 1pm - the advised turnstile for entry is shown on your ticket, but you can use any other turnstiles if you wish to avoid any queues.

Most turnstiles close at 3pm (kick-off time) but late turnstiles, which remain open until half-time, are numbers 18 (East Stand) and 45 (West/North Stand).

Fans are advised to arrive early on Saturday.

You are also advised to have your Season Card or Match Ticket ready to be scanned as you approach the turnstile - this speeds up entry for all supporters.

Due to the current national terror threat level, there will also be searches on entry. We may also ask to search your bag. We’ll be as quick as we can when undertaking our searches, but please allow some extra time for this to take place and co-operate with our security staff.

Where appropriate/neccessary, staff may use a searching wand for this to take place safely.

Where it is necessary to search an Under 18, a member of the Coventry City safeguarding team will be present.

Car Parks A and C are sold out. Parking is available at Arena Park - click here to book now.

The Arena now operates an ANPR system.

In all car parks, please follow the instructions of the car park stewards - vehicle movement is restricted 1 hour before kick-off, with all on-site roads closed at least 1 hour before kick-off.

In the interest of supporter safety, we will be holding back Car Park A post final whistle to allow for pedestrians to leave the Arena safely.

The Family Zone is held under the new covers on the paved area outside the North-East corner. This means you must visit the Family Zone before you go through the turnstiles - you will not be able to go back out to the activities once you are in the Arena. This is just around the corner from the fan village area outside the East Stand - which has food, drink and music for fans.

In the Family Zone, we will have a range of fun, free arts and crafts on Saturday for our young Sky Blues supporters to take part in before the big game!

There are also a range of table games to take part in too, including the ever-popular Subbuteo and Jenga. Our in-demand tuck shop has been stocked up once again (this is cash only) with food and drink for young fans to enjoy.

Persistently standing for the whole match or for long periods is against ground regulations and may affect the enjoyment of the game for other supporters, whose view may be affected, as well as your safety and the safety of others.

The Coventry Building Society Arena is a licensed premise.

It’s illegal for under-18s to buy alcohol anywhere in the UK.

Coventry City will be honouring Armed Forces past and present at our home game against Stoke City.

Taking place on Armistice Day, Saturday's fixture will see Coventry City honour and remember our service men and women past and present.

Saturday will mark 105 years to the day since the signing of the Armistice agreement which saw the end to fighting in World War I – a conflict in which over 16 million people died.

This is also our closest game to the Coventry Blitz anniversary, which will also be remembered.

There will still be a minute silence before kick-off and players will be wearing the Poppy on the front of their shirts, with the Club donating these shirts to raise money for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.

Local Armed Forces regimental standard bearers will be pitchside with cadets, alongside Royal British Legion and bugler Band Sergeant Hugh Sutherland, of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers Warwickshire, who will play the Last Post during the pre-match Minute Silence.

The Poppy features on the front cover of Saturday’s programme PUSB, where names of players who served in World War I and II will be printed.

There is also going to be fundraising for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal, with fans encouraged to donate on the day at the stadium or online.

Coventry City and the Coventry Building Society Arena are reiterating advice to supporters to take greater care when crossing the A444 Jimmy Hill Way following home games.

The Sky Blues and the Arena issued advice prior to our last home game, however there continued to be incidents and near misses following the match.

There were a number of near misses on the island of the A444, Winding House Lane and Judds Lane as supporters crossed the road without using appropriate crossing points- instead dodging vehicles on the carriageway and island.

While longer term solutions are being looked into regarding vehicle/pedestrian movement in the area after games, supporters are being urged to follow the instructions of stewards who are positioned at the crossing nearest to the roundabout.

We appreciate that the volume of supporters crossing in this area has increased and fans can use safe crossing points for the road:

  • Using the light controlled crossing near the roundabout for A444/Winding House Lane
  • Using the footbridge (overpass) over the A444, which goes to Car Park C or the other side of the A444
  • Using the underpass at the other end of Car Park B/C, and then walking back towards Winding House Lane/Hen Lane along the pedestrian footpath

While stewards are in place to manage the exit of supporters and will continue to urge supporters not to take risks when crossing the road, we urge supporters to adhere to our advice and put safety first when leaving matches – this includes not walking on roads and not moving/going over barriers, which are in place for supporter safety.

Please note that this guide is subject to change and will be updated accordingly.
