Coventry City are delighted to announce that midfielder Ben Sheaf has signed a new contract with the Club!

The 25-year-old has agreed a new deal with the Sky Blues until June 2026.

Ben first joined City on loan for the 2020/21 campaign, making 32 appearances.

In the Summer of 2021, the move from Arsenal was made a permanent one. In the 2021/22 season Ben would make 37 appearances for the Sky Blues, including scoring twice in the away win over Birmingham City in April 2022.

So far this season, Sheaf has played 31 games in all competitions and scored 2 goals – most recently, netting the opener in the away win over Blackpool.

Manager Mark Robins said:

“We are delighted that Ben has agreed a new contact with the Club.

“He has continued to develop over the last few years since he joined us and is now a Championship midfielder with great pedigree, who brings real quality and composure to our squad.

“We are very pleased Ben has made this commitment to the Club and we look forward to continuing to work with him.”
