We are delighted to confirm that Justin Obikwu has signed his first professional contract.
The striker has agreed his first contract in football with the Sky Blues, as he puts pen-to-paper on a deal until the summer of 2024.
Obikwu recently found the back of the net in City's first pre-season fixture against Forest Green Rovers, adding the fourth in a 4-0 win.
The 19-year-old has been training with the first team since his return to pre-season, joining Mark Robins' side out in Portugal on tour.
Last season, Obikwu enjoyed a breakthrough season with the Under-21s side, featuring on a regular basis throughout the campaign and scoring goals, helping fire City to the Birmingham Senior Cup final.
Justin will now continue with his pre-season preparations with the Sky Blues ahead of this weekend's trip to Shrewsbury Town.
