Following 11 months on the sidelines, Fabio Tavares makes his first appearance for the Under-21s against Peterborough United at the Alan Higgs Centre.
Tavares has been out of action since January, when he suffered a severe injury against Wrexham in the FA Cup.
Fabio comes into the side along with Kasey Palmer, who features for the first time in two months.
Elsewhere, there are three other changes to the side that beat Crewe 6-1 earlier this week.
Luke Bell comes in between the sticks, as does Riccardo Di Trolio in defence ahead of him.
Up top, after scoring a brace on Monday at Alexandra Park, Justin Obikwu starts from the off for the Under-21s.
