A collection for Zoë’s Place will be taking place prior to Friday night’s game against Birmingham City.
Zoë’s Place are a nominated charity of Sky Blues in the Community, and SBitC work regularly with them, including charity auctions - and Friday's bucket collection will help raise even more money for this great cause.
Collectors for the charity will be collecting around the concourse and fan village pre-match, as well as hospitality lounges.
Zoë’s Place Trust is a registered charity providing palliative, respite and end of life care to babies and infants aged from birth to five years suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. The staff at Zoë’s Place provide care and support 24 hours a day for both the child and family.
Zoë’s Place offers parents and carers a chance to recharge their batteries or to spend time with their other children. The value of this respite care cannot be underestimated, and many families say that they simply would not be able to cope without the help and support of the Zoe’s Place team.
The Hospice is designed to be a `home away from home’ in which the children feel comfortable and are able to get the most out of the very special facilities. Alongside the care that is offered to the children they also support the whole family through their parent support network and the sibling groups.
