INFO: Sky Blues make fans aware of roadworks in vicinity of King Power Stadium ahead of Sunday's trip

3 August 2023

Coventry City Football Club would like to make supporters aware of major roadworks taking place on Raw Dykes Road and Upperton Road, near to King Power Stadium, ahead of Sunday's away game against Leicester City.

Roadworks near King Power Stadium are likely to cause significant delays to supporters and general public and supporters are encouraged to factor additional time into their journey.

Works in this area began in the Spring on the junction connecting Upperton Road and Raw Dykes Road, and are likely to cause significant delays, with driving lanes reduced to one lane each way. There are also works on creating new cycle lanes on Aylestone Road.

Sky Blues supporters visiting King Power Stadium along either of these routes are advised to factor additional travel time into their journey, car share or utilise alternative modes of transport.

Due to this the departure times for coaches run by our official travel partner EST UK have been adjusted forward:

- White Street Coach Park - Departs at 9am

- Arena Shopping Park (Service Road) - Departs at 9:30am
