Season Ticket holders affected by the postponements earlier this season will receive an exclusive £5 voucher for the Club Shop, alongside additional priority points.
The Sky Blues are offering the gesture to fans who were Season Ticket holders at the start of the season and were affected by the postponements of home games against Rotherham United, Wigan Athletic and Huddersfield Town, which were played later in the campaign.
The postponements were due to the unsafe playing surface at the Coventry Building Society Arena at the time, caused by the Commonwealth Games rugby and a new pitch promised by the Arena’s then owner Wasps not being laid.
While we know some Sky Blues fans do not wish to receive a gesture, we are offering this to all fans as we promised at the time.
Supporters will be sent their £5 off voucher shortly, which will be valid until 31st May 2023 and which can be used online and in-stores on any item, including sale items.
Supporters will also receive additional priority points. Fans will receive double points for each of the affected league games, therefore increasing the priority points from this campaign to 260 points. Priority points are used to give fans priority when purchasing away and cup tickets.

“It is important that we provide this gesture to those Season Ticket holders who were affected, acknowledging the disruption that was caused to our fans by the postponements due to the pitch at the start of the season. Thankfully things have improved significantly since then, but it was a very difficult start to the season for everyone concerned.”
Please note that the gesture will only be provided to Season Ticket holders as of 17th August 2022, when the postponement of the Huddersfield fixture was announced.
