Coventry Arena train station is open and running as per the published schedule - there is no additonal matchday provision.

There will be disruption to rail services between Friday 7 April until Monday 10 April to conduct improvements and engineering works across the rail network. Please check before you travel for timetable changes and consider alternative routes as your journey may take you longer.

What’s happening?

  • Network Rail are delivering essential works across the rail network this Easter.  Key engineering works include those at London Euston. There will be no train services on the West Coast Mainline provided between Milton Keynes and London Euston. Other stations will not be served and some diversions will be in place.
  • Some bus operators on Easter Monday 10 April, will operate a Sunday timetable. If you use the bus to get to the ground, some service frequency changes will be made over the holidays. Please check bus operator timetables before you travel.

What does this mean?

  • Fully accessible replacement buses will operate between rail stations impacted by the engineering works. Please check permitted items as conditions of carriage do vary. Some operators will be making changes to their timetable and trains to compensate, for example Chiltern Trains.
  • Please plan ahead, make a reservation where possible and expect extended journey times. Please visit  National Rail Enquiries for further information.
  • Please consult our Journey Planner on Plan my journey (tfwm.org.uk) on How to get to events for local travel advice.
