NEWS: Update regarding retail operations and outstanding orders

Coventry City remain in dialogue with the appointed administrators for Elite Sports Group regarding the current retail situation and the outstanding orders of supporters.

This follows our retail partner Elite Sports Group entering administration, which has affected ourselves and a number of other clubs who they work with.

All stock is now under the ownership of the administrators and the Club is liaising with the administrators to enable this stock to be released and orders to then be fulfilled.

While some other Clubs have been able to release stock to fans immediately, due to Coventry City and other Clubs’ stock being held in a third-party warehouse (who we are not contracted with) we and these other Clubs are not able to get this stock released currently.

We will continue our efforts to get this stock released and our fans’ orders fulfilled, and will continue to keep fans updated.

While we are continuing this process, we request that fans please do not contact Coventry City regarding any outstanding orders made via the Online Store as we are unable to assist at present. As soon as we know more we will update all fans via our website and social media.

The Club Shop at the Coventry Building Society Arena and West Orchards remain closed – the Ticket Office at the Arena is ran by Coventry City and remains open. Due to the current situation affecting the Club Shop, the Ticket Office is temporarily being operated from the Matchday Ticket Collection window.
