The University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) will be facing the West Midlands Ambulance Service in a charity football match!
UHCW Charity’s mascot Penguino teamed up with Coventry City and Sky Blue Sam earlier this year to ask for your help in raising much needed funds to support loved ones in your local hospitals; University Hospital Coventry and the Hospital of Rugby St Cross.
The match is taking place to raise money for the UHCW Charity to help them support the staff, patients and families at your local hospital.
The fixture will be held at the Butts Park Arena on Saturday 2nd July, with gates opening at 1:30pm and kick-off scheduled for 3pm.
Tickets will be £8 for adults and £4 for children and they will be able to be purchased online now by heading to www.coventryrugby.co.uk
Our NHS staff do a fantastic job. The funds you raise help them to make things even better for our patients and their families.
Thanks to your generous support, UHCW Charity funds world-leading equipment, trains NHS staff in ground breaking techniques and improves surroundings, helping to create a warm and comfortable environment for all.
Together we can make life-saving projects happen sooner for staff and patients.
