3 March 2022

The EFL have confirmed that Geoff Eltringham will oversee the Sky Blues’ match with Swansea on Saturday.

Mark Robins’ side take on the Swans at the Swansea.com Stadium in the Sky Bet Championship, with kick-off scheduled for 3:00 pm.

It will be the third time that Eltringham has taken charge of a game involving the Sky Blues this season with his last outing coming during City's 1-0 defeat against Millwall in December 2021.

This year will mark Eltringham’s 13th season as a referee in the Football League and over that time he has officiated eight Sky Blues fixtures.

With Eltringham in the middle, City have a record of:

Wins – 4
Draws – 1
Defeats – 3

This season so far, Eltringham has awarded 107 yellow cards and three red cards in the 25 games he has officiated across the Sky Bet Championship, Sky Bet League One, FA Cup and Carabao Cup.

Eltringham will be assisted by Andrew Dallison and Craig Taylor whilst Lee Swabey will perform the role as fourth official
