Coventry City fans are being encouraged to make sure that their contact details and preferences are kept up to date.
With Season Tickets being renewed ahead of the 22/23 campaign, it’s a great time for fans to check to ensure that the information we have for you is still correct.
You can do this by logging in to your account on our ticketing website www.eticketing.co.uk/CCFC - then clicking Account Menu, followed by Update Details.
Please make sure that we have your correct information – in particular your postal address, phone number and email address.
Here, you can also update your contact preferences too.
This is important, as this affects the way in which we are able to contact you. Even if we have the correct information for you, if you have not given us permission to contact you in certain ways then we are not allowed to do so.
You can update your contact preferences by logging in to your account on our ticketing website www.eticketing.co.uk/CCFC - then clicking Account Menu, followed by Update Details, then going down to ‘News Delivery Preferences’.
You can also update any details by visiting the Ticket Office.
Coventry City Chief Executive Dave Boddy said:
“It’s important that the information we have for fans is up to date – whether that’s your postal address, email address or contact preferences etc.
“If this is not up to date and we have old information for you, this will affect deliveries to you of things like Season Tickets and JSB packs, and also the ways in which we are able to contact you.
“This is particularly important as we continue to implement our partnership with Sports Alliance that we announced last year, and our work on fan engagement, data management, CRM, Single Sign On and insight services.
“We therefore encourage fans to log on and check and update their details as soon as they are able to.”
