We would love to hear more about your experiences of EFL football and the things that matter most to you about the Sky Blues and the game in general.
It will be the most wide-reaching survey of its kind the EFL has carried out since 2019 and your thoughts will greatly assist both your Club and the EFL.
The survey will close on Wednesday, 30th March.
