VACANCY: Lead Professional Development Phase Coach

Coventry City Academy is looking to appoint a Lead Professional Development Phase coach to lead the provision of the Under 18 coaching programme.

Working closely with the Senior Professional Development Phase Coach, the successful applicant will manage the multidisciplinary team for the U18 age group, ensuring a holistic development experience is provided for all individuals with a focus on preparing players for the demands of full time, professional football.

The successful applicant will be supported by the Academy Head of Coaching, have access to the full Academy CPD program and receive a bespoke development plan to help their development as a practitioner. A full job description is available on request.
