NEWS: Coventry City to establish Disabled Supporters Association

15 June 2022

Coventry City Football Club are looking for fans to establish a new Disabled Supporters Association (DSA).

The purpose of the Association is to represent the views of disabled fans throughout the Club.

This will be supported by Level Playing Field, the national campaigning and advisory organisation for disabled sports.

While not a Supporters Club, the new DSA will work in partnership with the Club and Level Playing Field to improve the matchday experience for all disabled supporters and help forge better relationships and ongoing communication between the Sky Blues and disabled fans, and it is hoped that the Association will be established ahead of the new season.

The establishment of a DSA replicates the approach at a number of other Clubs to provide a user-led disabled representative group, that aims to have a unifying voice to raise awareness for their fellow disabled fans.

If you are interested in becoming part of this group, please email Coventry City’s Supporter Services Officer Jodie Jones at Jodie.Jones@ccfc.co.uk to register your interest, with more information to follow in due course.
