Today marks two years since Coventry City won the League One title!
In a season curtailed by Coronavirus, the Sky Blues were finally awarded the title on this afternoon, 9th June, in 2020.
There was scintillating and exciting football, and many memorable moments, performances and victories as part of the title winning campaign, where the team only lost three games in the League 1 season – the last being in December of the campaign.

Later in June, with people at the time being required to social distance and not gather en-mass, the Sky Blues would stage an online Promotion Party and the squad were presented with the League One trophy in a behind-closed-doors ceremony at Ryton the day before on 19th June.
