NEWS: Sensory Room applications now open for 22/23 season

6 July 2022

Applications for Coventry City’s Sensory Room in the 2022/23 season are now open.

The Sky Blues began the sensory room last season and is a space where adults and children with autism and other disabilities can watch the action whilst being shielded from loud noise and bright lights, with the room staffed by a Sky Blues in the Community member of staff.

The sensory room is split into two areas. There is a viewing room where people can sit on bean bags, chairs or high stools to watch the action, and if feeling overwhelmed, there is an adjacent space with calming sensory equipment such as bubble tubes and fibre optic lights – including Coventry City cushions, bears and mini-footballs too.

Bookings are now open for the 22/23 season.

Fans will need to fill out the ‘expression of interest’ form using the link below before a game is allocated to them.

Users of the Sensory Room must have valid matchday ticket for each person in their party (whether it be season ticket or a match ticket).

Fans will then be allocated a game (subject to availability) and will be contacted via email to confirm the booking.
