NEWS: Coventry City announce ACA Creative as new programme partner

27 July 2022

Coventry City are delighted to announce ACA Creative as the Club’s new programme partner!

The new agreement sees ACA Creative become the producer of the Sky Blues matchday programme, working on the design, print and sales of what will be an increased 68-page publication for the 2022/23 campaign.

Award-winning ACA Creative have a number of years experience in the programme and publications industry, and work with a variety of football and sports clubs, such as Leeds United, Burnley, Sheffield Wednesday, and Huddersfield Town plus Lions Rugby and Gloucester Rugby.

The Sky Blues previously worked with ACA Creative to produce the ‘Champions’ book, released last year to celebrate the 2019/20 League One title win.

The 2022/23 PUSB will continue to see club Head of Marketing & Communications and programme editor Mark Hornby and Press Officer Alex Lowe contribute to the programme, alongside new external writer Peter Rogers and the Club’s new assistant Press Officer Tom Leach, plus Club Historian Jim Brown and external writer Rob Mason, covering a range of content and features from around the club.

The team at ACA Creative are busy putting together a refreshed design for the 2022/23 programme, which will be in place for the Sky Blues opening home game of the season against Rotherham United.

Lisa Herrick of ACA Creative, said: “Following the success of the Champions Book we are all looking forward to working with one of our local clubs and the team at Coventry City again.  We are refreshing the matchday offering to include new highly visual branded programme stands and the option to purchase a programme either with cash or card”

Dave Boddy, Coventry City Chief Executive, said:

“We’re very pleased to announce our partnership with ACA Creative on our programme for the 2022/23 campaign.

“We remain very proud of our matchday programme and a huge amount of work goes into the publication. Historically, Coventry City is famous for its programme and we maintain our commitment to producing an excellent publication that fans can enjoy.

“We look forward to working with ACA Creative on the design, print and sales of the programme next season, and are keen to see the first edition a week on Sunday against Rotherham United.”

Supporters will be able to buy the programme for £3.50 around the ground on matchdays, and buy online at www.aca-creative.co.uk
