Coventry City can confirm that it has today reached agreement for the purchase of club shop stock from the administrators of Elite Group.
Our first priority has been to liaise with the fulfilment warehouse to ensure that previously placed online orders (who have not already requested a refund via their bank/credit card provider) will be fulfilled to our supporters as soon as possible.
We will then communicate regarding the opening of the Club Shop as soon as it is technically possible, which will initially be run by Coventry City as discussions regarding a new retail partner continue.
Unfortunately the process to purchase the stock was more complex than the process which faced other clubs, however we are pleased that we have now been able to reach agreement.
