For the fourth year running, members of Coventry City’s backroom staff have taken part in the month-long Prostate Cancer challenge.
Both the Club's Senior Fitness Coach, Andy Young, Head Physio, Paul Godfrey and Press Officer, Alex Lowe, completed a 10km or 5km run every day of November, helping to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK.
The Club are joining Prostate United 2022 to raise vital awareness and funds for Prostate Cancer UK.
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men, with 1 in 8 men diagnosed with prostate cancer during their lifetime.
More than 47,500 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year, with one man dying from prostate cancer every 45 minutes – that's more than 11,500 men every year.
Along with completing his month of 10km runs, Young is also auctioning off a Coventry City 2022 Player Issue Captain Liam Kelly #6 shirt, from the Club's Remembrance Day weekend clash with Queen's Park Rangers, and signed by the Sky Blues squad.
You can bid for the shirt on auction website eBay by clicking here. All proceeds from the auction will go to Prostate Cancer UK.
