Coventry City are pleased to confirm that the Club Shop at the Coventry Building Society Arena will re-open at 2pm today.
The Club Shop will continue with its previous regular opening hours - Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 5:30pm and will also open on Sunday from 10:30am to 4:30pm.
The Club Shop at West Orchards will not re-open initially.
Regarding our online retail, work is continuing to get this up and running as we work to resolve the logistics and technology behind this being available. Unfortunately this may not be possible prior to Christmas, however we will continue our work on this and will keep fans updated.
Club Shop purchase refunds will not currently be processed, with these only being possible from 4th January. For any Club Shop purchase made during November, refunds will remain valid up until 5:30pm on Monday 23rd January. However, exchanges can be processed.
