There will be a new number this season for fans to report any incidents on a matchday at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
The new number is:
07537 453 117
By using this service, fans can report any incidents or issues in the stadium directly to the stadium control room and stewarding team.
Any issues of racism, homophobia, discrimination, abusive behaviour or general issues/safety issues in the stadium can be reported using this facility.
Simply begin your message with the Block/Seat location of the incident – followed by details of the incident.
You can also report any incidents to a steward on the day, or after the game by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, though by reporting an incident on the day it means it can be dealt with immediately.
You can also report any incidents of discrimination/abuse using the Kick It Out app.
Coventry City is committed to making sure that our matchdays continue to be a positive and respectful environment for all supporters – who can enjoy their day in safety, free of discrimination or any incidents that may deter from that experience.
The use of the new number will begin from Sunday's game against Rotherham United and be in place for all home games.
The previous reporting number will no longer be in use.
