If you have lost your Season Ticket card, please visit the Ticket Office.

All Season Ticket Cards have been dispatched.

Fans whose Season Card has not arrived yet are advised to email ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk – the Ticket Office will then check when your card was dispatched and arrange a replacement if necessary. Fans would have the option of being sent an e-ticket for Sunday's game, or be able to collect a paper ticket.

Any fans who bought a Season Ticket from 3rd August onwards will receive an e-ticket for Sunday's game, receiving their Season Card shortly after.

The Club Shop will be open from 10:30am until kick-off on Sunday – it will also be open for one-hour post-match. This is cashless. This season’s home and away kits are in stock.

Pop up units will not be open this Sunday, due to restrictions at the Arena around the Commonwealth Games.

Turnstiles open at 1:30pm - the advised turnstile for entry is shown on your ticket, but you can use other turnstiles if you wish.

Hospitality opens at 12:30pm.

Late turnstiles are numbers 18 (East Stand) and 45 (West/North Stand).

Entry to the stadium for our game on Sunday is unaffected by the Commonwealth Games.

Due to the current national terror threat level, there will also be searches on entry. We may also ask to search your bag. We’ll be as quick as we can when undertaking our searches, but please allow some extra time for this to take place and co-operate with our security staff.

The matchday operation will be severely affected by the Commonwealth Games being held at the Arena – this includes parking, signage and branding around the stadium, plus logistics of preparing for the game e.g. deliveries. Dave Boddy issued a Club Update regarding this – fans can read this here.

We thank fans for their understanding on this – the Commonwealth Games arrangements are beyond the control of the Football Club and we, and the Arena, will both be working hard to make these matchdays as normal as possible for our supporters in these circumstances.

Car Parking is severely affected by the Commonwealth Games, with Car Park A and B both unavailable. Alternative provision is being made for seasonal bookings – click here for details.

To book off-site car parking for this game, click here.

In all car parks, please follow the instructions of the car park stewards - vehicle movement is restricted 1 hour before kick-off, with all on-site roads closed at least 1 hour before kick-off.

For queries regarding on-site car parking, please contact cbsarena@apcoa.com
