Midfielder Jamie Allen steps into the Sky Blues starting line-up, replacing Ben Sheaf.
Martyn Waghorn and Viktor Gyökeres lead the line for City, with Callum O'Hare linking up behind them in the attacking midfield role.
Allen partners Gustavo Hamer, who is set to make his 50th appearance for the Sky Blues.
Robins names an unchanged defensive unit, and Simon Moore retains his place inbetween the sticks.
