This was Allen's first goal of the season and with 38.7% of the supporters vote on Twitter, you have chosen his effort to win the first Goal of the Month of the 2021/22 season.
However, missing out by just 0.5% was Matty Godden's goal in the same game against Reading.
Godden came away with 38.2% of the vote, narrowly missing out on the top spot following 809 on social media.
