The EFL have confirmed that Andy Davies will be in charge of the Sky Blues' match with Swansea City on Tuesday.

It will be the first time that Davies has taken charge of a game involving the Sky Blues this season, with his last outing coming at Adams Park in December 2020 when City beat Wycombe Wanderers 2-1 in the Sky Bet Championship.

This year will mark Davies' tenth season as a referee in the Football League and over that time period he has officiated 7 Sky Blues fixtures since overseeing City’s 2-1 win at Gresty Road against Crewe Alexandra in March 2014.

With Davies in the middle, City have a record of:

Won – 3

Drawn – 2

Lost – 2

This season so far, Davies has awarded 33 yellow cards in the 13 games he has officiated across the Sky Bet Championship, Sky Bet League One and Carabao Cup.

Davies will be assisted by Mark Dwyer and Ian Cooper whilst Joshua Smith will act as the fourth official.
